The goal of this service is to provide essential contribution to institutional quality and efficiency in public administration by establishing an Integral Management System. The operation of the system is based on a Dashboard that monitors the different government initiatives (programs and projects) aiming at fulfilling their objectives.

The system enables to promote strategic planning, outlining targets and identifying responsibilities by observing the current progress of governmental administration in an integral manner and in real time. The particular objectives of the Integral Management System are:
